Simple elegance and high quality workmanship on the wrist

Hugo Boss is an international fashion label founded in 1924 by German entrepreneur Hugo Ferdinand Boss in Metzingen, Baden-Württemberg. The company initially starts with the production of work clothes and in the following decades developed into a global fashion company. The company gained great notoriety in the 1980s and 90s, especially through its sponsorship of sensational golf and tennis tournaments.

In 1996, Hugo Boss expanded its product range to include wristwatches under the Hugo Boss Watches brand – initially only for men, and later for women as well. Timepieces with the distinctive Boss logo on the dial primarily impress with their simple elegance as well as high-quality workmanship. The various collections range from sporty and modern to glamorous and sophisticated. They always signal level and style and convince – whether quartz or automatic watch – with high-quality materials, a high wearing comfort and an excellent fit.

With the high-quality watches from Hugo Boss you get an elegant companion on your wrist.

Hugo Boss and the Movado Group

Since the conclusion of an exclusive license agreement in 2005, Hugo Boss watches have been produced and distributed by the American Movado Group from Paramus, New Jersey. With more than 100 patents and 200 international awards for design and technology, the Movado Group is one of the world’s leading watch manufacturers. The company designs, manufactures and distributes high-quality timepieces for a range of well-known labels in Europe, North and South America, Asia and the Far East, including the licensed brands Calvin Klein, Lacoste and Tommy Hilfiger.

Boss and Boss Orange

Combining the modern style of Hugo Boss fashion with the traditional watchmaking skills of Movado Group has led to the creation of two distinct design lines: on the one hand, the very sophisticated timepieces of the Boss collection, and on the other, the Boss Orange watch collection, initiated in 2007 and accessible to a wider range of buyers. The latter, in particular, promotes a light and carefree attitude to life with its fresh and bright colors.

Today, Hugo Boss Watches is an established brand and one of the leading suppliers of fashion watches. The timepieces – including pilot watches, of course – are offered on the Internet, in Hugo Boss boutiques as well as in selected retail stores and are an important part of the Hugo Boss range.
